Can you guarantee 100% defect-free tubes in every shipment?
A: Honestly, in mass polymer manufacturing, no factory can guarantee absolute 100% perfection. This is why we rely on the internationally recognized AQL standard. By strictly bounding our manufacturing tolerances—Critical (0.4), Major (1.5), and Minor (4.0)—we ensure that the actual defect rate per carton is restricted well below your tolerance limit (e.g., under 3%), giving you predictable, reliable, and high-standard packaging.

What happens if a production batch fails AQL inspection?
A: If our QA team finds that a batch exceeds the acceptable defect limits during random sampling, the entire lot is immediately quarantined. Our team will run a compulsory 100% manual sorting to weed out any defective pieces, followed by a strict secondary AQL re-inspection to ensure the batch conforms to acceptable standards before it is allowed to ship.

Can we send our own third-party inspector?
A: Yes, absolutely. Our quality inspection framework is fully equivalent to international standards like ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, ISO 2859-1, and MIL-STD-105E. Third-party inspectors can seamlessly audit our processes and inspect your batches at our facility using standard protocols.

What compliance and quality documents do you provide with our shipment?
A: Every batch is shipped with a stamped COA showing actual testing and dimension data. We also provide TDS and raw material MSDS upon request to support your brand's internal auditing.
