What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 units per custom design. However, to support new client collaborations and emerging indie beauty brands, we offer flexible lower MOQs for initial trial orders. Contact our team to discuss your specific packaging requirements.

Do you offer custom molds and specialized decoration processes?
Yes, absolutely! We house an extensive inventory of custom tube molds and offer a full suite of decoration techniques, including silk-screen printing, offset printing, hot stamping, soft-touch varnishing, and custom color matching.

What is your sampling process and how long does it take?
The process starts when you submit your artwork (our engineering team can assist with design adjustments if needed). Once you confirm the artwork proof, sampling takes approximately 7 to 15 days
. We offer flexible verification options—either via high-definition video inspection or physical sample shipment. Expedited sampling is also available upon request.

What is the standard lead time for mass production?
Depending on order quantity and design complexity, our standard mass production lead time is 25 to 30 days
. Rush production options are available to meet tight project deadlines.

What certificates and technical documents can you provide?
A: We adhere to international quality standards and provide full compliance documentation, including ISO9001, RoHS, CE, REACH, COA, MSDS, TDS, and material safety reports for global export.

What is your policy if we receive defective or damaged packaging?
We provide a comprehensive quality guarantee:
For minor issues: We will either issue a direct refund for the affected quantity or produce additional replacement units included in your next production run.
For major issues: We will immediately initiate an expedited rush reproduction and cover all local and international shipping costs to deliver the replacement batch to your destination free of charge.
